Clothing for Zumba Fitness® should be comfortable and shouldn't interfere with exercise movements.
A simple T shirt, vest top or bra top is a good idea. Exercise trousers could be cargo type pants, tracksuit bottoms, leggings or 3/4 trouser, whatever you feel most comfortable in. Wear a good sports bra for support!
Comfortable shoes are a must! Choose shoes that offer stability and cushion your movements. Avoid shoes with deep treads because they may restrict your movement and stop your foot from sliding across the floor. Cross trainers or dance specific trainers are best.
You may perspire in the class! Don't forget to bring a small towel.
